Base Prospectus
SwarmX issues Stock Certificate Tokens under a Base Prospectus approved by and filed with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). The Base Prospectus sets out the general terms and conditions governing all Stock Certificate Tokens issued by SwarmX.
Final Terms are issued for each individual token and must be read together with the Base Prospectus.

Final Terms
Each Stock Certificate Token has its own Final Terms document, which supplements the Base Prospectus and contains the specific terms for that token. Final Terms are linked on each individual token page.

Expired Base Prospectuses are retained for regulatory purposes in accordance with the 10-year document retention requirement. See the Prospectus Archive for all previous versions.
